    1996年，全校工作以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论和《中国教育改革和发展纲要》为
指导，认真学习中共中央十四届五中、六中全会精神；以贯彻落实学校(1996--2000年事业发展规划》
为目标，从学校实际出发，总结经验，明确建设和发展的思路，坚持解放思想、实事求是、抓住发展
机遇；以创造条件争上师范学院为动力，继续深化改革，加快建设步伐。一年来，学校的各项工作都
取得了较大的发展，较好地完成了各项工作任务。
