    科技领导体系进一步健全。1996年全市共选聘科技副乡镇长470名，村科技副主任8217名。科研开
发体系有了一定的发展。全市厂办、民办科研机构已发展到615家(厂办349家、民办266家)，比上年增
加18％。技术贸易机构，全市已发展到1900多家，年技术贸易成交额达1．2亿元。
