    1996年，中行系统人民币贷款规模增加2．28亿元，发放外汇贷款3671万美元，外汇贷款余额达1．
2亿美元，折人民币10亿元。同时充分利用承兑汇票、贴现、贸易融资、打包贷款、押汇等多种融资
手段。支持企业发展。共办理承兑汇票10亿元，贴现5000万元。打包贷款1000万美元，押汇500万美元，
短期贸易融资4140万美元。重点支持了山东声乐集团、临沂裕利果仁有限公司、临沂新光纺织集团、
临沂工程机械集团、临沂针织厂、沂水棉纺厂、沂水制胶厂、蒙阴新华石材有限公司、华盛集团等重
点骨干企业。
