    市工行在积极筹措资金的同时，认真贯彻执行国家信贷政策和产业政策，在严格执行贷款规模总
量控制的前提下，全力为地方经济建设搞好信贷服务。全年共向包括建立主办银行制度在内的51户重
点工业企业增加流动资金贷款6600万元，发放原棉和化肥储备专项贷款4100万元，向临沂有线电视主
干线建设项目和市引水工程发放贷款3090万元，发放省重点项目和“双加”项目技术改造贷款5650万
元等。新增贷款主要投向骨干优势企业和在市里有影响的重点项目建设，有力地促进了全市经济的健
康发展。
