    为了推进集约经营， 实现两个转变， 临沂车务段停办了沭埠岭、相邸、奎山三站的客运业务。
1996年11月21日济南分局调整生产布局，将独立编制的临沂站划归临沂车务段管理。年内已全部完成
交接工作，新体制运转情况良好。
