    认真贯彻部局关于安全基础建设“目标不变、镜头不换、力度不减”的总体要求，坚持“巩固、
提高、深化、达标、创优”的建线方针，经过全段职工的努力，年底建成了局级安全标准线。分别实
现了“3．5” 一1600天，  “6．13”一1700天，“9．21”一1800天，“12．30”一1900天4个行车
安全百日和“1．12” 一3300天，“4．21”一3400天，“7．30”一3500天，“11．7”一3600天4个
劳动安全百日，实现了第五个行车安全年和劳动安全十周年。
