    围绕财产鉴定工作，临沂商检局在认真学习国家商检局有关规定办法的基础上。从本局实际出发，
进一步完善鉴定工作制度，使鉴定工作逐步走向规范化、制度化。一年来，共鉴定外商投资财产10批，
外商申报价值860．88万美元。经鉴定，实际价值为848．03万美元，降值12．85万美元。使合资的中方
企业避免了损失，保障了全市利用外资工作的健康发展。
