    1996年，全市乡镇企业认真贯彻党的十四届五中、六中全会精神，坚持两个文明一齐抓，积极推
进两个根本性转变，深入开展“管理效益年”活动，在资金紧张、市场竞争激烈的情况下，仍保持了
较好的发展态势，全年共完成乡镇企业总产值605．9亿元，比上年增长11．5％；完成乡镇工业总产值
431．4亿元，乡镇企业增加值180．4亿元，同比分别增长11．6％和20．2％；实现利税58．7亿元，增长
6．8％。乡村工业产销率94．2％，比上年提高1．2个百分点。全市乡镇企业出口交货值22．9亿元，
比上年增长13．8％；年内新批“三资”企业20家，合同利用外资1959万美元。至年底，累计发展“三
资”企业211家，合同利用外资1．8亿美元。
