    市水利局成立了以局长为组长的科教工作领导小组，科教科在机构改革中正式列编。全市建立县
乡级水利科技推广机构132个，人员达2538人。费县上冶灌区测水量水技术试点工作获得成功，经鉴定
达到国内领先水平。在教育方面以水利技工学校和职工中专为基地，坚持水利职业技术教育和职工教
育共同发展的方针，1996年招收新生220名，组织了7个应届毕业班200名学生的毕业实习、统考，先后
开办水保、微机等专业培训班11期，培训391人。
