    1996年，全市各级物价部门紧紧围绕经济建设这个中心，坚定不移地贯彻执行党中央、国务院及
省市党委、政府抑制通货膨胀，控制物价过快上涨的各项决策，进一步加强价格宏观调控，健全价格
法规，规范价格监管，加大检查力度，深化价格改革，强化价格服务，市场物价形势有了明显好转，
圆满完成了市委、市政府确定的价格调控任务，达到了为“九五”计划开好头、起好步的目的。
