    工程处努力克服机械设备不全，管理经验不足，资金不到位等种种困难，团结奋斗，全年共完成
建储藏室、硬化地面、拉院墙、疏通河道等小型工程和土建、水电、木工、房屋粉刷等维修项目49．
74万元；另外配合房产科参与北区21号楼东2户等3项工程的建设，造价68万元。共计117．74万元，实
现利润3．2万元。实现了“保证开支、略有盈余”的目标。同时，自今年10月份承担起机关宿舍区水
电维修，并实行有偿、承诺服务，使维修工作上了一个新台阶。
