    证券、期货市场健康发展。市证券期货监管办公室根据全省证券期货监管工作会议精神和市政府
《关于进一步规范和发展期货市场的通知》，进一步强化了对证券、期货市场的监管工作，确保了证
券、期货市场的正常运行。至年底，全市共有证券经营机构3家，期货经营机构3家。市股权证托管转
让中心经营规模进一步扩大，发展势头较好。劳动力市场、技术市场等要素市场建设有了新的发展。
商品市场进一步完善和发展。年末全市各类市场达950处，其中年内新建10处。各类市场成交总额254
．7亿元，比去年同期增长36．9％，其中临沂批发城成交额118．5亿元，增长40．2％。
