    市内各县均产柿子，以沂水、苍山、平邑、费县、蒙阴产量较多。主要品种有中心柿、满堂红柿、
方柿、扁柿、水柿、大磨盘柿、鸡心黄柿、桔密柿等。古诗称颂这里的柿了．“色胜金衣美，甘逾玉
液清”。上述各县多年来均以柿子制做柿饼，通称沂州柿饼。尤其平邑、苍山以满堂红和中心柿制做
的柿饼最出名。沂州柿饼柔软多霜，外形平展，核少，肉色红亮，糖和蛋白质含量高，甜蜜适口，是
一种上等干果。
