    市内多有栽植。临沭县大兴、芦庄、韩村、白旄等乡镇所产李子最佳，谓“红玉李子”。相传栽
培历史已有二百多年，清乾隆年间曾作为贡品。
    红玉李子成熟较早，色泽紫红略显金黄，外形俊美，营养丰富，酸甜适口。据测定，含有人体所
需的17种氨基酸和7种微量元素。既是鲜果佳品，又是制作罐头、果脯、果酱的优质原料。
