    盛产于罗庄区册山镇房家沙沟、自家沙沟、顾家沙沟、刘家沙沟。该处濒临沂河、多沙质土壤，
疏松活腴，透气透水性强，含有丰富的有机质和微生物，适宜芋头生长。所产毛芋短粗肥大、 干面
筋道，味美适口。因其产量高，质量好，向有“沙沟芋头好孩儿”的美称。人们很早就有“沙沟毛芋
孝河藕，塘崖大米香满口”的赞誉。多年来，沙沟一带家家种植芋头，一般亩产量为1500--2000公斤。
