    临沂分行认真贯彻全省两次分行行长会议精神，学习太原、烟台等行的先进经验，制定了具体工
作目标和措施，并狠抓落实，各项工作均取得了新的进展。截止12月末，各项人民币存款余额155736
万元，较年初增长29453万元，完成年计划的103％；各项外币存款余额1256万美元，比年初增加24万
美元；各项人民币贷款余额110237万元，较年初增加12172万元，占年计划的110．65％；各项外汇贷
款余额10496万美元，比年初减少122万美元。全年亏损398万元。
