    市、县两级监测站以淮河流域水污染防治监测为重点，认真组织实施水体、空气、噪声、降水、
烟尘等例行监测、污染源监督监测、城市环境质量定量考核监测、环境质量监测、重点水源保护区监
测及淮河流域联合同步监测等。全年市、县监测站共提供监测数据13221个。在枯水期，克服困难，
对重要河段和重点企业加大监测频率和密度，较好地完成了指令性监测任务。
