    临沂市邮电局认真贯彻全省地市局长会议精神，加快无线寻呼体制改革，成立了公司筹建机构，
制定了公司章程和职工持股会章程， 对126、 988台进行了清户核资，募集了集体股和个人股金共计
200万元，为无线寻呼改制做好了各项准备工作。12月29日召开了股东代表大会，通过了临沂通达无
线寻呼有限责任公司章程，选举了董事会和监事会，选出了董事长、副董事长和公司经理。
