    临沂市贸促会出证认证业务起步时间虽短，但发展较快，势头很好。经努力争取，1997年1月17
日国家贸促会正式授予我市贸促会出证认证代办权。自此，市贸促会开始为出口企业出具原产地证明
书、认证涉外商业单据、认证海上运输单据、代办领事认证等。至年底，共办理原产地证书208份，
总金额1310万美元，认证涉外商业单据60份，代办领事认证1份，为企业及时安全结汇提供了极大的
方便。
