    全市各级粮食部门按照市委、市政府的部署要求和省局“深化改革，开拓市场，提高效益，树立
新风”的指导思想，以深化改革为动力，强化粮油购销和管理，大力开拓城乡市场，狠抓扭亏增盈，
各项工作取得了一定成绩。全系统盈亏相抵净亏损14254万元，扣除政策性亏损后，经营亏损1130万
元，同比减亏20万元，较好地完成了市政府、省粮食局下达的扭亏增盈指标，被省粮食局评为全省粮
食系统扭亏增盈先进单位。
