    1997年，全市丝绸系统抓住蚕茧价格上调的有利机遇，在各级党委政府的正确领导和有关部门的
大力支持下，积极实施“科技兴蚕”战略，稳定蚕茧收购秩序，使桑蚕生产走出低谷，呈现出良好的
发展势头。全年生产蚕茧396万公斤，农民养蚕总收入6336万元。桑蚕生产再次成为三高农业的重要
项目之一，受到了各级领导和广大蚕农的欢迎。
