    汽修厂不断完善承包竞争机制，使修理厂“千斤重担人人挑，个个身上有压力”，自我加压。每
个车问不仅按时完成了承包任务，而且部分职工的收入比过去高出几倍，扭转了以往的被动局面。全
年共完成零修车辆5400台次，大修车辆48台次，产值98．6万元，收缴承包费12万元。
