    水电暖管理科积极开展“内抓管理，外树形象”活动，努力提高服务质量和服务水平。年内在北
宿舍区新上630干伏安变压器1台；在机关办公区南大门新安路灯4盏；为地质队供水系统安装了水表，
解决了多年遗留下来的老大难问题，每年可为财政增收3万元；更换了10座旧宿舍楼的上下水管道；
完成了5000吨取暖煤进煤工作，为财政节约资金30万元。同时，积极开展节约用水活动，全年节约用
水十万余立方米。 全年水电暖总开支520万元，完成零星维修2800个。大院供水200万立方米，供电约
450万度。
