    1997年，市人大常委会为便于工作的开展，建立健全了工作机构，对部分领导成员进行了调整。
在工作机构中，办公室设立了秘书科、人事老干科、行政科、信访科和车队；新设立了研究室，下设
理论宣传科和调查研究科；人事代表工作室下设代表联络科和选举任免科；各专门委员会也设立了办
事机构，原有的工作处仍保留，每个工作处下设一个科。调整充实了部分工作人员。
