策，为领导决策提供依据。全年各级工商联共写出《关于个体私营经济发展的特点、趋势和影响其发
展的制约因素及对策》、《关于市场经济条件下工商联的地位和作用》等调查报告三十多份，提建议
八十多条，大部被党委、政府及有关部门采纳。
