    梁敬帝王皇后，佚名。其祖父王琳，仕梁官至司徒左长史；父王佥，仕至太子中庶子、掌东宫管记。
她于承圣元年（552年） 十一月为晋安王萧方智妃。承圣三年西魏军队攻陷江陵，梁元帝萧绎被害，王
僧辩和陈霸先将萧方智迎还建康。 绍泰元年（555年）十月，陈霸先立萧方智为帝，是为梁敬帝，立王
氏为皇后。
    太平二年（557年）二月，萧方智被迫禅位于陈霸先，萧方智为江阴王，王氏降为江阴王妃。不久，
萧方智被害，王氏此后事迹不详。
