    王神爱（384—412年），东晋安帝僖皇后。系王献之女。其母为简文帝司马昱女新安愍公主。她于
孝武帝太元二十一年（398年） 六月被纳为皇太子司马德宗妃。同年，孝武帝被张贵人害死，司马德宗
继位，是为晋安帝，立王神爱为皇后。
    晋安帝是个白痴，不能说话，寒暑饥饱都不能分辨，诸事由他的弟弟司马德文调理。王神爱嫁给这
样的皇帝， 无幸福可言。义熙八年（412年）在徽音殿去世，时年仅29岁。她一生无子。葬于休平陵。
