    县城至东红公路接线工程是沂南县1998～1999年度的重点建设项目。  1998年3月17日动工兴建，
1999年10月25日竣工通车。工程全长7.2公里，宽52米(含排水沟)，其中沂河大桥全长662米，宽16米，
共33孔。另建有中小桥涵24座。工程总投资4000万元，其中沂河大桥造价1200万元。共挖掘土方5.1万
立方米。
    京沪高速公路沂南段全长17.8公里，于1999年10月1日正式竣工通车。日(照)东(明)高速公路沂南段
34公里，1999年已完成路基工程的95%，桥涵完成90%以上，共完成投资2.67亿元，确保了工程的质量
和进度。
