    加大了劳动力市场“三化”(规范化、制度化、现代化)建设力度，有1.5万人通过劳动力市场实现
了就业，年末城镇登记失业率为3.36%。全市收缴失业保险基金2200万元，收缴率达到92%，发放失业
救济金600万元、失业职工自谋职业经营启动金125万元，为3000余名失业人员调高了失业救助待遇。
全年新办劳动服务企业30家，全市劳服企业总数达350家，从业人员1.52万人。大力组织劳务输出，全
年全市各级劳动保障部门组织劳务输出23840人，创造了良好的经济效益。
