    继9210工程完成准业务运行外，为保证市气象局气象台获取资料完整，市气象台又安装VSAT(卫
星单收站)一部，实行资料双向传输。各县局VSAT小站资金全部到位，率先在莒南、临沭安装VSAT小
站，并投入业务运行。同时为保证省、地、县资料传输，市局建成分组交换网，并有七个县局建成县
局局域网。
