    1999年，全市人民银行系统严格执行适当货币政策，强化金融监管，突出“两社”监管，加强支
付风险防范，不断完善金融服务，保障了辖区金融秩序稳定，促进了地方经济稳步发展。年末，全市
金融机构各项存款323.2亿元，比年初增39亿元，同比多增5.9亿元；各项贷款余额253亿元，比年初增
20.9亿元。全年净回笼现金108.5亿元，同比减少5亿元。辖内金融机构无支付风险，金融秩序平稳，
无金融“三乱”现象发生。
