    7月9日下午5时，临沂局召开了全市电信分营大会，传达了省局《关于临沂电信分营方案的批复》，
公布了《临沂电信分营方案》，公布了山东省移动通信公司临沂分公司负责人和划分到移动通信分公
司的人员名单。根据分营方案，临沂局共有在册职工642人，划归移动通信公司临沂分公司132人，占
20.56％。资产总额100473.2万元，划归临沂移动通信公司21815.2万元，占21.71％，划归电信局78658
万元，占78.29％。
