    1999年临沂车务段共举办主要行车工种班组长、作业人员培训班15期，培训608人。举办了由15个
工种129人参加的技术比武。对新职人员88人进行了全面系统的岗位前教育，有52人参加了上级举办
的脱产培训班，有16人报名参加了各类专业学习班。共有163人通过自学、函授等形式获得中专以上
学历，提前一年全面完成“7277”人才素质工程达标计划。
