    京沪高速公路临沂北段全长86.1公里，投资概算17.8亿元。该工程于1996年12月动工兴建，历时34
个月，于1999年9月8日竣工通车。该路穿越蒙阴、费县、沂南、兰山四县区13个乡镇，96个行政村，
占地1067公顷。按平原微丘全立交、全封闭标准设计，路基宽28米，双向四车道加两个紧急停车带，
设计荷载汽超20加挂120，行车速度为120公里/小时。该工程的建成通车，使我市有了第一条高速公路。
