    1999年，市贸促会加强了与国际经贸团体和经贸组织的联系，有选择、有针对性地组织3批35人
次参加了美国、加拿大、德国、西班牙、奥地利、日本等国家举办的展览会、洽谈会，洽谈了经济技
术合作项目和贸易项目。与西班牙、奥地利共达成利用外资和贸易协议24项，其中贸易协议2项，分
别是郯城的板栗出口和平邑的石材进出口生意；利用外资项目合作协议22项，其中平邑太阳能加工出
口技术一项。
