资产总额22.55亿元，负债总额20.67亿元。1999年全面落实市经济工作会议提出的各项任务和措施，
加大了企业改革力度，狠抓了市场开拓，强化企业内部管理， 超额完成扭亏增盈目标。全年企业实
现商品总销售12.04亿元，同比下降2.82％；工业总产值(不变价) 4.2亿元，同比增长20％；全部企业
盈亏相抵亏损14 47万元，比上年减亏50.67％，缴纳利税3720万元，同比增长2.40%。
