莒南坪上金矿股份制改造和沂水金矿租赁经营以及沂南龙头汪金矿的内部机制转换工作。沂水金矿通
过改制注入活力，在资源条件较差、开发水平低、资金严重不足的情况下，保持了生产连续运转，取
得一定的经济效益。平邑归来庄金矿通过改制，促进了矿山剥离和技改工程进度，为稳产高产争得了
主动。
