    1999年，省将临沂市原7个贫困县作为扶贫巩固县，继续予以扶持。向7县100个贫困村投入扶贫
资金640万元。省、市、县按3∶1∶1的比例配套资金，总额达1100万元。市、县扶贫办组织力量深入
贫困村帮助研究确定开发项目，共确定项目232个，其中水利建设项目153个、农田基本建设项目26个、
养殖业项目27个、种植业项目26个。项目覆盖18369个贫困户、6万贫困人口。
