    1999年度我市黄淮海平原农业综合开发项目安排在兰山、河东、罗庄、郯城、苍山、临沭、莒南、
蒙阴八个县区。 实际完成投资5525万元，其中省级以上财政拨款2582万元。共改造中低产田1万公顷
(其中包括苍山县稻改工程2000公顷)，新发展多种经营项目8个，取得了显著的经济效益和社会示范带
动效应。在省年度验收中名列全省第二位，获省奖励资金70万元。
