    该书由中共临沂市委组织部、临沂市委党史委、临沂市档案局共同编纂，齐鲁书社出版发行。全
书42.8万字，按组织机构沿革、任职人员名录和统计表格等方式编纂而成，收录了1987年11月到1998
年3月期间，临沂市党、政、军、政协、群团副县级以上单位和副县级以上任职人员，以及有一定行
政职能的副县级以上企事业单位及其副县级以上人员。为保持一届党委或党组的完整性，个别不是县
级职务的人员也酌情收录。
