    自1998年6月份以来，建设银行率先在全市开办个人住房代款业务。到年底，全系统共受理咨询
万余人次，累计发放个人住房贷款689笔，总金额2145万元，市场占比达到100%。个人住房贷款业务
的开办，有力地支持了全市住房制度改革，帮助部分居民圆了“住房梦”。“要住房，贷款到建行”
的观念已日益深入人心。
