    1998年，全市各级地税部门干部职工以组织收入为中心，内抓队伍思想建设，外树地税良好形象，
努力克服税源紧张、征管难度大等各种制约因素，圆满完成了省局下达的各项收入任务。全系统共组
织各项税收收入8.58亿元，同比增长11.45%，增收8815万元。其中：工商税收累计入库6.61亿元，占
年度计划的103.61%，内有省级工商税收5167万元，同比下降2.07%，减收109万元；市县区级工商税
收6.1亿元，同比增长24.05%，增收1.18亿元。国企税累计入库1.67亿元，同比下降16.27%，减收3250
万元。教育费附加累计入库2913万元，同比增长13.66%，增收350万元。
