    市委政策研究室坚持以邓小平理论和党的十五大精神为指导，围绕全市改革开放和经济社会发展
中的新情况、新问题，广泛开展调研活动，取得明显成效。年内先后组织重要调研活动36次，形成重
要文稿33篇，其中直接进入领导决策的27篇；起草市委文件、领导讲话稿9篇；编辑市委主办的刊物
《临沂工作》12期，《内部情况》14期。圆满完成了上级政研部门安排的调研任务和市委交办的一些
临时性工作，较好地发挥了参谋助手作用。
