    全市法院继续坚持有错必纠的方针，充分发挥审判监督职能，进一步加强了告诉、申诉和国家赔
偿案件的审理。全年共审结再审案件297件，其中刑事50件，民事245件；经济108件；受理国家赔偿案
件9件，审结7件。年内还处理人民来信6990件，接待群众来访5.1万人次，切实解决了群众告状难问题。
