    认真组织开展了“一学两讲”学习教育活动，使干部职工的理论水平有了进一步的提高，思想、
工作作风有了新的转变。在系统内开展了“领导干部要在党风廉政建设中以身作则、率先垂范”教育
活动，对贯彻执行制止奢侈浪费八条规定情况进行了专项检查，清理了用公费安装的电话和移动通讯
工具等，促进了机关的廉政建设。
