    为组织好《老年人优待证》的发放工作，市老龄委召开了各县区老龄办主任会议作了专题部署，
通过报纸、电视进行了广泛宣传，并统一制定了发放范围、发放办法及注意事项等。各级分管领导亲
自过问，老龄成员单位分工负责，协调配合，深入各单位和各乡镇、村，调查摸底，严格把关，就近
就便为老年人统一照相、登记、发证。全市共为74万老年人办理了《优待证》，占老年人总数70%。
市直有5800多名60岁以上的老同志办理了《优待证》。
