    位于德州市南郊，是胜利油田供应处的一个物资中转仓库。建于1973年，全库共建铁路专用线2.08公里，库内公路3公里，有油库一座，可储油5000吨，物资库房10栋，面积6700平方米，共有建筑面积为9140.66平方米，职工85人。
    该库拥有各种装卸运输设备11台，其中15吨站台吊车2部，25吨轮胎吊车1部，30吨日产液压吊车1部，2.5吨和5吨装载机各1部。解放牌卡车2部，东风牌半挂车2部，15吨日野车1部。10多年来，全库共计接收物资70多万吨，发出物资60多万吨，库存物资总额累计达3亿元。
