    自1950～1985年，本区向省体育工作队二队输送13人，其中田径3人，即刘英、孙秀全、高建国；排球8人，即范存轩、崔爱军、张昊、刘延英、杨春英、陈金祥、黄桂华、马玉杰；兰球1人，即刘延水；划船队1人，即骆树生。向省体育学校输送3人，其中田径2人，即高新华、郑英；排球1人，即向会军。向部队体育专业队输送3人，其中“八一”划船队2人，即杨茂玲、董学俊；北京部队兰球队1人，即周德明。建国以来，全区考入体育院校374人，其中山东体育学院39人，山东师范大学体育系57人，曲阜师范大学体育系21人，德州师专体育系204人，聊城体育专科学校27人，外省体育院校26人。
