    该校于1984年5月成立，校址在德州地区农机局院内，属德州行署领导，教学业务受山东农业大学指导。1984年招收高中毕业生80人，1985年招收79人，学制2年，学生毕业后由国家统一分配。1985年德州农学专科班有教职工83人，其中专任教师41人。有图书1.2万册，刊物300余种，教学设备及实验仪器价值50万元。办学经费：1984年46万元，1985年48.1万元
