    本区控告申诉检察工作，1953年始设专人负责，1954年德州检察分署建立了信访机构，加强了业务建设，建立健全了信访工作制度。1979年检察分院重建后，恢复了控告申诉制度。1979～1985年，全区共受理来信来访11267件次，其中自办973件次，转办10294件次，处结10116件次，处结率达89.7%。
